This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides Learners with the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations that can arise in both adults and children whilst taking part in outdoor or activity based environments.
This qualification has been specifically designed for those who have a responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide first aid when dealing with an emergency situation whilst undertaking activities, such as sports, swimming, hiking, rock climbing etc.
During this 2 day course, Learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, head and spinal injuries, abdominal injuries, external bleeding, anaphylaxis and more.
